First and foremost this company is a ripoff. I ordered a Grohe bathroom faucet. The faucet arrived without handles when I contacted them I was told the handles were extra (not what the picture showed) and that I would need to pay another $44.00 to get the handles, I reluctantly ordered the handles, the faucet was also missing a part (the drain pull).
I contacted the returns department (Christina Brown), who handles or should I say doesn't handle, returns. After numerous emails I was told the part was on back order and I would have to wait. I was in the middle of a remodel and had a plumber lined up to install the faucet, so again after numerous emails I convinced her to send me a replacement faucet and that I would return the one with the missing part.
That was October of 08' I still have not received my refund of $177.01 and have been given the run around (It is unbelievable the number of different reasons I received as to why I haven't received my refund) from Christina Brown and Brian Okin, I think Brian thinks this is a game. I take partial responsibility for this dilema, if I had researched the BBB I would have seen the numerous complaints, specifically related to return/refunds.
Today was the final straw, they now are not returning my emails or phone calls (you actually can't call them except to place an order, all other correspondence has to be by email) go figure. I've tried contacting Brian Okin on his spacebook page, but still no response.
pproximately two months ago I contacted the BBB, and they sent two letters to Homecenter.com and received no response and ranked this complaint as unsatisfied. RUN DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY or BRIAN OKIN. THEY ALSO DO BUSINESS AS SUPPLYHOUSE (not sure of the spelling) AND REMODELCENTER.COM

Just to be fair I wanted to update this report. As of 4/28/09 I received my full refund of $177.01. And was emailed from Brian, that he no longer wants to do business with me, as if. This entire situation could have been avoided, but if nothing else this is a warning for others.
