Homecenter.com Brian Okin No refund on item returned October 2011 Internet

Ordered a faucet in October 2011 from kitchensink.com. Discovered faucet wouldn't work against my back splash. Returned the faucet promptly for a refund. Has been nearly impossible communicating with company. Rarely answers emails and there isn't a customer service phone number to talk to someone about the problem. Brian Okin (CEO / Representative) blames delay in processing refund on faucet vendor. Repeatedly makes claims and promises but they are all bolus stall tactics. Now it's May 2012 (seven months later) and I still don't have a refund. Live and learn - the lowest internet price isn't always the best purchase. Also read the fine print. This company has a 25% restocking fee. They keep $100 on a $400 item to re-stock it! Now that I've done some searching on the internet, I'm finding complaints and scam reports all over the web about Homecenter.com and Brian Okin. They have several subsidiary websites such as kitchensink.com that seem to link back to the parent company Homecenter.com. This company is crooked and the owners should be put in prison for internet scamming and fraud. Trying to file a report with consumer protection services such as the State Attorney General and Better Business Bureau is a horrible, time consuming process. Obviously Brian O doesn't care, knows there's very little that I can do, and he'll keep stalling until I just give up.
