Homeq Servicing Corporation Unfair Debt Collection practices not applying payments made Ripoff Sacramento California

Seems like there is a million of us that Homeq has bought our mortgage from the original creditor. My complaint is that Homeq does not apply mortgage payments (full or partial) when they receive it!! Thus, i am constantly showing up as late payment on my credit report. The collections dept agressively pursues payments that are not even due yet and does not have correct and/or updated information on their computer system when they call to harrass you for money you don't even owe.

If a class action suit is not currently in progress... one should be considered....
