HomEq Servicing nothing more than to be SHUT DOWN for tricking me into foreclosure! I know that if someone reviews my case would find out that I was scammed out of my house! And the government is letting them get away with this! Raleigh North Carolina

I am too going through the same horror story many of you are! I was foreclosed without even knowing I was. They scammed me GOOD! We cannot let this company get away with this! My home had a lot of equity my mom's whole life savings down the drain all because of HomEq! The government is funding HomEq for helping homeowners like us but instead screw us all over!

Something has to be done. If someone has any further information about this or if I can be of help please e-mail me since I do not think I can post my telephone number on this blog. They wanted to trick me into signing a release where I hereby release any and all rights of possession, occupancy and all rights of redemption in and to the property, and further release HomEq (in very small typed letters) its officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, (Lender Processing Services and its real estate representatives) and/or successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, and damages and liabilities, in connection with the property and/or our use and occupancy thereof.

I know that if someone reviews my case will find out that I indeed have a won case! Please help soon because I think I heard on the news that if I leave my house I loose all rights! I need legal advice since I tried going into my legal aid in Arizona and was told that nothing can be done! The lawyer there practically called me an idiot and made a racial comment! My story gets worse it seems like no one is willing to help anymore!
