Purchased a leads program from Homes.com which is supposed to direct leads and inquiries about real estate listings to me. I was told there was only one other agent signed up in our area for the service, but found that not to be true. Additionally, leads are sent to multiple agents in a shotgun approach, leading to my having to be available theoretically 24/7 to respond. That is of course impossible. I recommend that no agents sign up for this scam, as the only beneficiary will be Homes.com collecting your payments every month. Never again.
