I did not make my Jan payment until after Feb 16.. My payment was rejected stating I made a partial payment. I called on March 1 to make my Jan. and Feb payment. I was told that would not be possible since now I have three payments due.

My payments are not concidered late until after the 16th; therefore I feel I should have been able to make my Jan and Feb payment.Well on March 14 I made three payments($2747.49) and paid the fee of $12.50 making my total payment of $2759.99.

The automated syst did not give a confirmation number, but did state my payment would be posted within 24hrs. I called my bank on 3/15 and no payment was posted. I called the mortage co. and it was closed. I did the automated syst. to verify my payment on the 14th. Now the automated syst states I only made a payment of $896.58 on 3/14/03. What a joke.
