HomeSide Lending ripoff dishonest, deceptive company Jacksonville Florida

Knowing that I'm not alone in the battle with Homeside Lending offers some hope. I've had Homeside Lending for 6 years after they bought out my first MTG. Never hav I missed or been late on a payment until they came along. I've a lot in common with other people who came upon hard times, but Homeside Lending hasn't a bit of compassion. I had to also file bankruptcy, but have met all requirements set forth by the court.

Maoled all payments out before the due date and resorted to using Bank Drawn Money Orders, and USPS Next Day Delivery. After reviewing the payment scheduel, I found that Homeside Lending STILL marks EVERY payment as late and charges me a late fee. I now (according to them) owe more that $15,000.0 in late and legal fees. It's my opinion that they want only to milk me and other customers out of every penny they can. Calling customer service is an on going failed attempt.

If there is something we can do as a collective group, I'm willing to participate. even if it meand taking part in a Class Action Suite.

How can I be part of this? I need to get back lost dignity an money I feel they have stolen.
