I've ordered cushion covers from Homespun Fashions many times in the past and was always happy with the results. I took the big plunge and placed a large order ($570) for replacement cushions in May 11, 2007. I never received the order. During phone calls with "Jackie" (this is when they were still answering the phone personally), I was told that my order was next up and that it would be eight weeks. I was offered a 10% discount for having to wait so long.

Basically, I called every eight weeks and got the same information or got a recording with the same information: my order was next but it would be 6-8 weeks. Because of my past business with them I didn't take action, like writing a letter, cancelling the order, or notifying my credit card company. I figure it's money lost. But they were reputable at one time.
