Homevest ,Homevest Realty,Homevest Management,Joanne Bracero,Justin LaManna Co does not fulfill contract requirements; poor customer service Orlando Florida

Homevest Realty, Joanne Bracero and Justin LaManna did not fulfill contract requirements for leasing townhouse.  A commission was paid to Joanne Bracero who was hired to lease the townhouse and do the proper background checks.  Months later after an incident involving the tenant and police, we found out the tenant was a criminal and had been arrested a year prior to leasing out the property.  Homevest is liable for not reporting this matter, as hired to do so.  Joanne Bracero and her broker Justin LaManna were informed about this situation and we were told that they didn't want to discuss this any further and "it was a waste of time."  There is proof on the Orange County Clerk of Court website of this criminal activity but Joanne Bracero states it did not come up on their report.  Clearly Homevest does not do a thorough screening of their tenants and now this has caused us to have a criminal on our property.

This company has the worst customer service and only care about how much money they can make.  This is not how a business is run. Please be aware!
