hoosier tradewinds Tradewinds bounced paycheck, non-complaint equipment , lied about insurance after 90 days arcadia , Indiana

I just quit on Friday because they wouldn't fix my brakes after waiting over a month. Several trips to westfield and the same old run around didn't get the parts in yet, ect . I have reported them to the Indianapolis Dot office. Told them i was forced to quite because they wouldn't fix my brakes. They are looking into it after several complaints of the same nature. Also i have had 5 checks bounce from them with several different reasons from the owners as to why. Also, they told me i would receive insurance after 90 days. It was an outright lie. They had no intention on giving me any insurance. I am also looking into filing criminal changes against them for fraud and theft. I have contacted several companies they have done business with and am slowly receiving letters describing situation similar to mine. I am shocked to find that hoosier tradewinds has ripped off not only drivers but other companies as well. But lucky for me they can't file bankruptcies again they will be going to jail this time. But that is exactly what they deserve for there actions. I am also trying to locate there church so i can contact the pastor and let him know what they are doing. If anyone knows what church they attend please let me know. That's all for now.
