Tradewinds Hoosier Tradewinds Uses Drivers, Claims to be a Christian company them out right lies to you Arcadia, Indiana

This is my story exactly as it happened, I had been driving for Tradewinds for about three months as a lease driver, which is all they hire now, never turned down a load, only went home once a month for about 2 or 3 days and still was having a hard time making enough money to even break even, after running my self to death, but here is the thing, Tradewinds makes there money on short haul multi stop frieght, tire, window and fiberglass tub loads that you the driver get paid $50.00 to unload the entire trailer, for those of you that have never ran a tire load thats about 1200 or so tires. as i said i couldnt make any money and was slipping further and further in the hole.

I basicly lived in my truck, I called my dispatcher who was a pretty nice guy and told him i needed more miles and less stops because i was only getting 1500 or so miles a week and killing myself on all this unloading only to go in the hole another $300 a week, he said he would get me more miles, two days later after delivering a load close to the terminal I get a call from the shop telling me my truck was due service and i needed to bring it in because i was so close, I explained to them I was waiting on a knoxville load to get my wife home for a doctors appointment but would bring it in when I came back in a couple days, and they could have it all day, they said that was fine, so I call my dispatcher at This Christian Ran Company mind you, and he says I got you one to knoxville but you got to meet another driver at the yard with it (relay) I say ok no problem, I drive to the yard and drop the trailer I have and set and wait on my relay home, the shop foreman comes out and says let us do a quick check on your truck til the load gets here, I didnt like it but said OK, 30 minutes or so goes by and I call my dispatcher and ask about the load and why they pulled me in the shop, thought this was handled, he informs me that they had to let me go???? I was completely shocked, he said the Higher up told him I was to far in the hole to get out so they were terminating my lease.

So lets see, I go home once a month for a couple days right? I have never turned down a load right? so who's fault is it I am In the hole I wonder? they did give me a bus ticket home but no way to return my belongings that are still in the truck, "This Christian Company" told at least a half dozen  lies to get my truck to the shop so they could fire me and from my own dispatchers mouth and even the taxi driver that took me to the bus station this is how they do ALL of there drivers, Tradewinds uses lease drivers to cover the cost of running the crap freight they have, fuel, insurance, ect. I spent $30,000.00 in the three months I was there on all that crap, lost around $600.00 on my overall profit loss statement and put nearly 4500.00 in truck payments, another 1400.00 on a security bond and 2500.00 in escrow and I would bet my life they will find a way to screw me out of any money I would have coming to me from any of the refundable escrows, They are users, liers and if thats a Christian Business then there bible reads a lot different than mine. Be warned you will not succeed with Tradewinds and you will waist your time and loose everything you have trying to make it work, and then be set out like a stray dog.
