Horizon Carpet Cleaning carpet cleaning ripff Tampa Florida

Received a flyer stating 34.95 for 5 rooms and a hallway "Patrick" arrived in a small car (very unproffesional) and advised me it would cost $251.00   I paid him $140 cash and a check for $125.00.

He got hot water out of my bathtub and poured the dirty water in my sink.  When he left my carpet was soaking wet. He said it would be dry in 3 or 4 hours.  36 hours later my carpet is still very wet, even after soaking up muddy water out of my carpet with a wet and dry vacuum.

I called the office several times and spoke to "jenny".  She will not give her last name or the address of the company. 

She will not let me speak to a manager, hangs up on me and puts me on hold and leaves me there. 

I have pics of the muddy water I have sucked out of my carpets so far.  These people are highly unprofessional, very rude, and should not be allowed in your home.

I want the money back I paid so far.  I also am afraid I may get mold in my carpet.  We had our home built and bought very expensive carpet.  If it is damaged, I want them to pay for repairs.
