okay, duvera financial is the service I'm paying for this online, phonebased learning business from. Horizon Learning LLC is another name for this online, phonebased business. Impact KI is another learning site that coaches those who signed a contract with Horizon Learning.

Now among figuring that's how all this is connected, I tried looking up the Horizon learning Website recently, but it only comes up with a dark webpage with several links to other websites, so that's odd to find now. Besides that, I have been able to find a website stating my payments to Horizon Learning through Duvera Financial Billing. I am able to login to the billing site and review how much is to be owed out of how much has been paid to Horizon Learning.

Upon electronically signing this contract, it wasn't until one month after I realized I was being billed for this service contract. When I signed up with them it was extremely confusing on knowing who to talk to, and figuring out all the phone numbers they gave me to contact. First I remember talking with Edward Dugan in signing up through Horizon Learning LLC, but then was directed to someone named Ashley Snow who setup the coaching sessions with the coach Doug Smutz.

The coaching sessions with doug were alright, but it still got complicated. I also got connected with someone who answers questions to those who are being billed by Duvera Financial, and his E-Mail messages to me sound like he knows nothing to the questions I ask. Instead he reviews back about just knowing that I managed to reduce the monthly charges through Duvera Financial who I asked someone else to take care of.

When my coaching sessions took place with Doug, he had me use a program to download that connects his computer to see mine and show me where to go and what to do on Ebay, and I still couldn't help but think okay there goes my privacy through my PC. It really got complicated when he then had me signup on dropshipper sites that lets me post products from those sites to my Ebay page, and upon doing that, he failed to mention that once someone wants to purchase one of those items from my Ebay page, I would haveto pay the item from the dropshipper site itself to get it to the person who wants to purchase it.

Also everytime I repost items that haven't been viewed, bidded for, nor purchased everytime, Ebay posts a listing fee, and is added up, and is automatically deducted from my paypal account. Now among those past happenings last year, now their response to my request for cancelling my contract with them is choosing to assign a better coach to help me succeed in selling items on Ebay, it doesn't seem to end.

Duvera Financial Services

I had made attempts to make Duvera aware of my complaints against Impact Knowledge Institute and Platinum Institute LLC, for the same training dropshipper program, and paid $1,000.00, plus $2,000.00 financed to Duvera, they refused to stop harassing me when I stopped cedit card payments to them, after me paying over $800.00 of the $2,000.00, which they continually harass me, and added plenty of late fee penalties. I even filed a complaint with the California State attorney's office, with no resolution with them. If they are not part of the scam reported through Homeland Arbitration, I received a letter from Homeland as well, advising me about the scam and the list of companies involved, so I called Homeland, and was advised not to make anymore payments to Duvera, because the money is actually connected to Platinum Instite LLC, and to file a complaint against them with the CA State Attorney's office, in which CA is the state Duvera is located in, of course they insisted that they are a seperate billing company, and will not refund me unless Platinum orders them to. So I am upset, because I received a call from a Wayne from Platinum Institute LLC today, 12/19/2013, telling me Homeland Arbitration are the scam artists and they did not make promises to refund me if the program failed to meet expectations. I lost over $3,000.00 between all expenses, which is all I had in my savings and credit cards, and had to close my online store, taking a complete loss. Where we do I get justice. I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against all parties involved in this little venture, and see where I can go from there. I am being lied to and scammed, and feel that there should be a way to get my refund, but if not, will to take these companies down until my last breath, far from over.

I was wrong about Horizon Learning LLC/ Duvera Financial being scammers. After much confusion, they have sorted things out for me, and are reasonably taking care of my requests to no longer be part of their contract that I had signed up for last August. I hope others that signed the contract with them know this as well, so whatever issues that the other people had or are still dealing with know that it can be resolved with Horizon Learning as long as they're not being reported on scam reporting sites like this. This is my statement after much communicating with Horizon Learning LLC/ Duvera Financial.
