I ordered one set of Pentax binoculars and one pioneer car stereo from them. I was frustrated by them from the get go when they called to confirm my order and I thought how nice and then they give me some you purchased your item at the overseas price and if you want the US version with warranty it will cost 10-15 per item purchased more. I was mad, but caught off guard and agreed.
The binoculars arrived today and minus the box looking like it sat on a shelf for it appears to be a new pair with warranty card and all. However when I looked at the invoice it said one pentax ordered, one shipped. All good there, but it also said that about the pioneer and it wasn't in the box. I was nervous so I called the company and they said it was shipped separately, but should be here within the next day or two.
After reading all the reviews I'm just going to hope not to tick them off so I can get my Christmas gifts and be done with them God willing. It sounds like all of us need to take them to court for false advertising and rip off shipping prices!

I just wanted to comment that I did receive both my binoculars and car stereo from hotbuyseletronics.com both very quickly. I still am not happy with their deception of assuming your purchasing the US price but it is the cheaper overseas pricing. Not to overly compliment them, but I did get my stuff, so thankfully unlike sooo many others I am done with them and will not use their site again. Beware of their pricing!!!
