After a 16 hour drive to get to Florida from Virginia we arrived at the Ramada In this is where Hotelcorps has you pick up your Disny Tickets the great offer that pops up online 2 tickets for $25.00. I was told by the Wesgate Resorts Clerk Julie that I couldn't get my Disney Tickets until I attened a timeshare tour. When I purchased my tickets I was assured repeatedly that as soon as I arrived in Florida I could pick my tickets up. The Westgate clerk says they the policy they have is that the indiviual has to go on the tour then get tickets.
She advised me to call Hotelcorps.com and have them put a note on my reservation that I could pick up my tickets immediately. She assured me they could make the special allowance. I called Hotelscorp and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was read the same policy about attending the timeshare first. I asked if there was anything else that could be done because I was promised the tickets upon arrival they told me I could purchase the tickets at full price and that they would reimburse me after I reviewed the timeshare.
I asked to speak with a manager and I literally heard the lady I spoke with confer with a co-worker put me on hold for 45 mins then she came on the line re-verified that I was the correct person to speak with gave me a person who was supposed to be her supervisor who informed me of the policy once again I told him when I booked the tickets I was promised I caould pick them up as soon as I arrived. He said he would put the note in the computer for me to pick the tickets up.
While he was on the phone I wne back to Julie the West Gate Resorts clerk and told her the note was on the account. hen she looked it up the "manager" had written that I wanted the tickets early and he couldn't give them to me. Now i have been on the phone with HotelsCorp 2 hours and the person who says that are the manager asked me what do I expect for $25.00. I asked for a phone number to make complaints and was given the same number I had just called.
HotelsCorps will tell you anything to get your money over the phone I will never purchase anything with them again.
