House Hold Retail Services Jack-Off Late Charges $35.00 Penelty For Thier Untimely Payment Posting To The Account Ripoff Willinging Delaware

Just got my bill and once again here we go.... Although David I spoke with this time had improved customer service attitude not much improved on the result on my end however.

I am fortunately in a position to make them go away soon as I typically pay larger sums to do so, other things suffer but it a moral imperitive at this point.

I do electronic payments and early on I recieved my statement to find a $35.00 late charge assessment which compounds on the interest burdon side of the account; of which I did what I did to deffer any interest taking advantage of the "Promo" offer.

What a bunch of clowns that work there! Anyway the 35 got waived then and in the process I specifically told them at that time(the phone idot's supervisor) I want my account closed immediately; no more credit for me from them it is over!

So again I have another attempt by them with the late charge thing for the day before they get around to posting my payment, remember it is electronic so its there waiting and it is up to them to access it.

Anyway, I now have to write them asking the for $35.00 is now a dispute. David did come back on the phone and said he was authorized to split it with me and $17.50 would be my responsibilty.

What a joke and what a bunch of caniving senseless conduct that is directly reuining there reputation. If there doing small time revolving debt mis-management what is happening to the mortgage side of there business. I hope the CEO is apprised of this site or someone should send it to him.
