A year ago My husband and I received a credit offer from household mastercard and we accept it, for three month we never used it, and we received a bill for $59.00 each.
When we called . they tell us this for the anual fee, we figure since we paying, we my as well used our cards. Our minium payment suppose to be $10.00 sometime we pay as much as $50.00 Hopping our balance we higher, is been over a year now our is the same .

again last weeks we call, we were told that we been charged for over limit fees.one thing I can never understand we were charge before the credit limit. how could that possible''what can We do ?
Legally it must be something we can do.
