Website states allow 2 days to process order and then you get free 2 day shipping. It's been 6 days and my order hasn't shipped yet. Customer service doesn't answer calls or emails. I have tried 3 times via email and have been on hold for 1.5 hours the second time as they disconnected my call the first time after 2 hours on hold. Ultimately they are not providing what they are advertising. Many other reviews posted very recently from other consumers are complaining of the exact same issues. This company needs to be shut down.
