HRP Staffing Received an email from Joy Stevenson/HR/Employment Generalist Internet

I revcieved an email from Joy Stevenson about a telecommuting job opportunity. Considering this is the type of work I am looking for, I replied that I would attend the online interview session.



I recieved an email with a session number for a Webinar. After signing on an indivdual named Scott proceeded to give a 40min presentation about the company, salary, benefits, etc... Let me say within two minutes of this presentation, you can tell its a scam.



1. He continuously repeated himself

2. Would not list their partner companies (of which he claimed were some of the top schools and hospitals in the nation).

3. He kept saying he wasn't going to get into it right now.

4. You are not considered an employee of HRP Staffing but an Executive Recruiting Contractor. AKA you cant list HRP on a resume.

5. You only get paid if you have a successfully hired candidates.

6. He confirmed that in order to move up, you have to work through tiers.

7. It was an interview session with 130 other people????



After about 40min of talking he got to the real point...$199 to start their training program and begin work when you want to. 



This is a huge scam and it preys on unemployed. He made a point to say we had lost our jobs and were angry. How would he even know that?



Here is the email I got:

I was forwarded your resume and based upon your background we would like to extend you an offer to interview with us.

We've recently expanded our National Healthcare Division and need individuals capable of working Full-Time and/or Part-Time for Marketing, Recruitment, and Business Development. Experience not required, although HR, Marketing, Sales, Recruitment, and Customer Service is a plus.
