I have two accts. with HRS. This report is on my Best-Buy acct.
I've also been charged late fees. From supposedly late pymts.
If I had known about this company, I never would have opened an acct here. Something should be done about this place.
I have other accts with other stores. But I maded sure before opening the accts. they had nothing to do with HRS.

How can HRS get away with their unethical practices

I have been an account with HRS that the balance is the same as when I opened it 2 years ago. Payments that I send must sit in their office days before they are posted and I get charged a late fee. I don't get it. The FCC or who ever governs these entities should close them down for unethical practices.
