They advertise a speacial for 1.00 for a seven day free trial and secretly hide the facts that they plan to charge 49.60 by having the new price in a seperate drop box. most companies do not put the price change in terms and conditions category!!! they say it up front!!!
When I finally recognize that they were still taking out of my account i called and the man on the phone was mad at me for questioning the charges????
He (tim#2317) kept saying "i didnt read terms and conditions" WHO put the price change in the 5th pargraph of TERMS and CONDITIONS. I felt like he was trained to handle this type of problem which told me that this was INTENONAL !!!
Afterwards I did research to see if i was the only one and found that there were COUNTLESS OTHERS.They sent me a prewritten email saying sorry about the confusion blah blah. When its clear that they TRIED to defraud me and others.
