Hughes Net Charging elderly people for items they cant use. ovilla Texas Nationwide

My Elderly Mom was charged the following for that last 27 months:

2$/month computer virus protection computer program

3$/month computer speed up computer program

11$/month expedited service tech plan

My mother does not own a laptop or a computer.

They were charging her 94$/month for 10gb of data per month (includes above charges)

Absolutly dusgusting customer service I had to fight them to send a tech out to check her connectivity speed of 1.68mb/second. Nobody should use Hughes Net unless they have no other option. They take advantage of the elderly and they dont care and wont give credit for services paid for but not rendered.
