After receiving Hughes net service in Dec. of 2013, and not receivibg the package we were promised, we disconnected the service within 6 datys and were promised a refund. We are still waiting for it to arrive. Customer service has been terrible, and seem unwilling to talk about it. Being disabled and on a fixed income...this is a big deal to us.

HUGHES NET I got hughes net on november 21st 2017 because we moved and I ordered Dish network whop HIGHLY RECOMMENEDED I GET HUGHES WIFI.It never worked since day one..I called them repeatedly and could not get them to send some one to see why it would not work..I was on the phone one time for 3 hours straight while they had me run up and down the stairs resetting the box and it still would not workToledo Ohio
