I signed up for a hulu account to use with my Roku box. It was unusable so I decided to cancel it.

They are unable to identify the email address signed up with and neither am I so they cannot cancel it and have been charging $7.99 per month for 4 months since I requested to cancel. I had deleted the email address hoping that would work but did not...now I am stuck, they say they cannot cancel it - even though it has never been used.

I think my only recourse is to cancel my Paypal account that they keep charging. I have been in touch with their customer support numerous times and they say they cannot help me.

Today I finally recieved a reply and refund in process from Hulu. I only wish it had happened sooner but at least it happened. Perhaps posting here helped. Thank you.

Hulu After cancelling the free trial they continued to charge my card, 13.14 per month. I just redid a cancellation today and they won't cancel it until the 9/1/2018. I don't use the service and have not used it since before the free trial ended. They need to stop doing this to people especially when we are on fixed incomes. los angeles california
