Huskey Power Washers distributed by Home Depot cant order replacement parts atlanta, Georgia

I received the Husky powerwasher h2000 from home depot in the fall of 2009 as a gift.  I used it once to wash dirt off of atv's and the result was less than desired.  The washer has no power and I ended up taking the ATV's to the car wash.  I put the washer away for the winter and thought I would try it on something less dirty in the spring.

Spring is here, I try to wash off a boat.  No such luck. The washer now leaks everwhere and is comopletely useless.  Of course it is no longer under warranty.  I check the "troubleshooting" section of my manual and it states,  " gun/hose - Leaking water,  gun/hose will need to be replaced. Order online @ www.huskypowerwasher.com. 

I place my replacement order for this piece that was never really even used and spend $42.08 on 5-29-10.  I get an order confirmation that says my part will be shipped in 3-5 business days and an email will be sent to me with an order ID.  I never received an order ID and I never received the part.  On 6-14-10 I go to the website to track my order and it says "info not avail".  Ok. now lets try and chat with someone.  On hold with chat for 20 minutes, I decided to contuine to hols and chat and call as well.  On hold for another 15 minutes and the chat person comes on and asks what my issue is.  I explain I have not recived my order and I get no reply.  Next the phone operator comes on and tells me that the part was on backorder and that they received some in on 6-8-10 and she will see if mine has shipped.  In the meatime the chat operator comes back and says the item was on back order and that min would be shipped in 3-5 business days and ends the chat. 

Next the phone operator comes back and says my part will be shipped in 8-10 days.  I told her the chat person said 3-5.  She said not possible as other people are ahead of me are waiting for the part as well and the are sent in the order they are received.  I told her if this many people are requesting this part doesnt that say something about the power washer in the first place.  No answer.  I decided that I was not willing to play this game with them any longer and told them to just cancel my order.  Since this was a gift, I am not interested in fighting them on this anymore.

Overall, this thing is a piece of crap.  Do not buy a husky power washer.  They dont work and if you do your homework correctly and reasearch them before you buy, you will see that no one is ever happy with them.
