HVAC parts outlet No Refunds. No Help! Walkersville MD

I needed parts for my AC unit, so I contacted HVAC Parts Outlet.  They have a big web presence and the banner says' "Our qualified, licensed service technicians can help you find the HVAC part you need" and other assuraces for Do it Yourselfers.

First, no one answered the 1-877-482-2500 help line.  I tried calling it for 3 days.  Finally I removed the parts that I suspected to be comprimised (2 capacitors) from my AC unit and, using the information on the parts, attempted to locate the needed parts on their website.

The parts arrived in three days and the prices were reasonable..<$20.00 each.  One parts was correct.  One was not.  My fault.  Not theirs.  I was just guessing.  But I was confident becuase I had read their return policy.

They would not take back the part, even though I complied with their return policy.  The part was never more than six inches from the box it came in.  A visual inspection showed it to be the wrong part, so I put it back in the box, still in perfect condition.

I spike to "David" on the phone.  He was apologetic about the poor phone management but my request was denied.  He never saw the part.  They would not even take it back to inspect it.

This is no place for the DIY to shop.
