My husband and I bought a Hyatt Vacation Club timeshare in Sedona, Arizona in February 2008. When we got back to the hotel and read the fine print, it really wasn't a good deal for us at all because we do a lot of weekend trips and they focus mostly on full week stays. We sent in a cancellation to the escrow office which we know was received within 7 days of us signing. Our membership has been cancelled but your $1400 deposit has not been sent back. I have called on numerous occassions and keep getting transerred to various voicemails and not getting a call back. I have heard since February that we should receive a check in 6-8 weeks. I'm coming up on week 12 and nothing.
