hydroderm encore Cancelled after trial, received unwanted,was billed on Discover.Phone only option for contact,They deny contact on Discover dispute. chino California

I answered ad for trial size hydroderm using credit card Jan 19,2014.Did not work for me and I called to cancel 2/13/2014 speaking with 'Mark'. He ask for  email address stating he would send an email cancellation notice.He did not.  I was billed on my credit card for more hydroderm. I disputed and their response was no contact from me. I received a shipment 3/29/14and telecon 'kaitland' as I was charged again on cc. This time in amount of 94.90. Again I telecon 4/10/14, talking to 'Christina' asking for RMA# per packing list. I was told 'just keep it and take it up with the bank'. Telephone is their only option. Yet on credit card dispute they deny any conversations. Sounds like a scam!
