Hydroderm Encore Rippppp Offfffff by Hydroderm Chino California

I ordered and paid $3.95 for a supposedly free sample of Hydroderm eye and facial serum.  I understood that I was to pay the shipping and handling on the serum, which I understood and paid.  Within 2 weeks I noticed my bank account was charged $94.79 by Hydroderm Encore.  In the next few days I received the same size as the sample from Hydroderm Encore for a serum in the same size box.  I was never told that this was going to happen nor did I authorize Hydroderm to debit my account.  There is an 800 number I could call but NO EMAIL address.  I do not see any difference in my under eye area NOR my face.  It tightens and drys my face within minutes.   I donot see any difference in the appearance of my wrinkles.  I have been using this product everyday 2 times a day - morning and night.  And see NO DIFFERENCE, especially for $94.79.  I will call this number in the morning and want to send this serum back and wlll give them a piece of my mind (which I cannot really spare) for charging my account without my authorization or knowledge.  I am a very unhappy person.  I hope I will not have to pay for the return shipping price.    Please be aware of this SCAM - what a RIPOFF!.  I go by the old addage Nothing free is ever FREE!  I guess now I get it.
