Hydroderm ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Culver City California

I got suckered into the free sample of Hydroderm. I paid the 1.45 shipping and received the sample within a few wks. I used it for a wk. thought it was garbage and then called customer service to cancel (the online cancelling page wasn't working).

I spoke to a woman and she said that there would be no more charges appearing on my credit card as no further shipments would be sent. I figured ok, that is the end of that. A whole month went by and I discarded the email verifying my cancellation figuring that was the end of business with them. Wrong! I got an email from them saying they were sending another shipment! I emailed back to say I didn't want it as I cancelled the previous month. I didn't receive a reply after waiting for a couple of days so I decided to try the customer service again. I waited almost 45 min. but they finally answered. I told the guy the situation. He said no problem and gave me a return # to put on the package after it arrived and I would receive a full refund.

What I received instead was a refund minus their rip off shipping cost of 6.95 (the package weighs about 6 ounces at most). I will be protesting the 6.95 with my credit card company as I was lied to by customer service just so they wouldn't have to get into a confrontation. These people who run this company are BAD BAD people and should be charged with fraud~!
