Hydroderm They falsely advertised free samples, only charging shipping but ended up charging my account 236.28 for two very tiny bottles. I cancelled as soon as the product arrived. What they don't tell you is that if you don't want to be charged you have to return the product, paying the return postage within 30 days. This you find out after they have charged your account the full price. This is thievery. Maine

I am reporting Hydroderm beauty products as they are falsely advertising their promotion. They are offering a free trial for approximately $5 shipping and handling for each of two products. They then send the products which are in tiny little bottles.

What they don't tell you is that you have to return the product within 30 days or they will charge you the full price. The full prices are $121.4 and $114.83 for one fl.oz and .33 fl. oz.  I cancelled the order as soon as I received it in the mail but they still charged me the full amount. THey are not actually offering a free trial but a free trial period in which nothing is free at all. 

I have ordered other similar products from other companies and they truly did only charge you the amount that was advertised in their ad if you cancelled the order, which I did ,until I tried the product to see if I wanted to put an order in. 

I have phoned the company to complain but they truly don't care at all. This is nothing but thievery and I hope that enough people see these complaints before they fall victim to this companies very misleading advertising scheme. 

I have since cancelled my credit card and now have a new card as I don't trust them to not continue charging my account.
