I wish I had seen this site before I ordered from Hydroderm.  I never saw the fine print about the charges for the Free Trial, so I was expecting to see product when they took money from my accout last month.  This past weekend they took even more money from my debit card, about $10 more per product and with the exchange rate being what it is right now, that ended up being $250 CAD, ouch!! I called their Customer Service Dept, and all they could promise me was half my money back on the last purchase - about $100 US in about 3-5 days, and after reading the various complaints on this site, I'm betting I don't see any of it!!

I'm not only disappointed in the product, which I saw no real results after using it as they recommended, but they also should not advertise a free product that's not free.  I hope this company gets what is coming to them!!  I hate seeing companies rip off the average consumer, it's just sad !!

LHD LoveHydroDerm tried 14 free-trial..was bill $120 to my credit card..when I called they said I was supposed to contact to cancel after trial..their website stated to call if you wanted to renew..when I spoke to rep, she said she could only give me back 25%..i argued..she then said 50%..I argued more and she said100% would be re-imbursed..I will believe it when I see it..told her I was reporting this as I have read many complaints on-line about their underhanded tactics! Hydroderm They falsely advertised free samples, only charging shipping but ended up charging my account 236.28 for two very tiny bottles. I cancelled as soon as the product arrived. What they don't tell you is that if you don't want to be charged you have to return the product, paying the return postage within 30 days. This you find out after they have charged your account the full price. This is thievery. Maine

Hydroderm they offered me free samples for the cost of postage. I did not receive the goods but my bank account was debited for two lots of postage and over $200 Australian dollars for the goods!!! I dont know but USA

Hydroderm Asvertise free trial, but does not explain in the beginning of the ad that after a short trial perios you have to return the product with a a return code, at my expense, or they will charge you what they consider the cost of the product. Hydroderm Encore Ordered sample for $4.97 and they charged me $79.00. I never received order and they sent out a new bottle but cancelled my account. Said 30 day refund was from original date of order which I never received. Very abusive and nasty CSR on phone. Said dont bother to return since we will not refund your money no matter what. Hydroderm They took 84.95 out of my checking for 1fl oz of the wrinkle serum, when I only ordered a trial sample.$4.97 was paid to them.They say that was for shipping,and $84.95 was for the bottle.I am on S.S and the money they took was grocery money. Sherman Oaks California
