This company promises the world with their PR services for musicians. Here: http://iamprecommerce.com/   They clearly state the reach, placements, conference calls etc everything that you will get.

Our company signed up for 2 months for a very popular music group at over $500/month to try this service out for the group and our roster of other artists. Once they got the money the red flags started. They created a simple PR page which was extremely unprofessional and when contacted about didn't seem to care and said "We are working on it." The communication is great until this page is "complete" and then they are impossible to get ahold of. They would send emails "We will call you today" or "We will call you on Monday" but the calls never come. Also they said "We don't work on weekends." Any PR company worth their weight in gold function and are available 24 hours a day for emergency PR situations for celebrities.

We paid them over $1,100 and got ZERO placements, ZERO results only a unprofessional "PR Page" and a spam message emailed to a bunch of address they claim are firms. No "Monthly Analytic reports" were ever generated and if they had been would show nothing. I finally sent the company an email and stated I wanted to stop the service and was unhappy. In an email they said they decided to give a "complete refund" and it would be in the first week of the next month. The time came and nothing, then they stated it was issued and can take 10 business days, waited again and nothing. They stated they called PayPal and they said it was being processed. I then called PayPal and found out this was a lie. The company of course became unresponsive and fed PayPal nothing but lies, 180 degrees from what they were telling us. My guess is they were trying to buy time to push us past the time in which we could dispute the charge and service.

There is another report about the company which "Olivia" responded to claiming that the customer was wrong etc. I am sure she will spin the same lies in this report, DO NOT BELIEVE HER. The group we were having promoted were the LEL Brothas, who are celebrity verified on all social media. Decide who you want to believe but heed this warning. The best part is after we paid to promote this group, the company slashed all the prices to half the price they charged us. You be the judge. They took advantage of the LEL Brothas, who they were hired to promote, and who are a group of great guys living their dreams.
