I paid for personalized items on this website for Christmas gifts. Now I believe the online store to be fraudulent. I received a confirmation email of my order and my credit card was charged immediately after placing my order. I did not receive any tracking information but on the confirmation email my shipping address was wrong so I replied to that email address as well as their customer service email. I did this 7-8 times and never received a reply. I posted a personal message on their Facebook site as well. I also tried calling their customer service phone numbers.

It answers and gives you an option to select an extension or hold for further assistance but then tells you that "no one is available to take your call” and disconnects. I located 2 other phone numbers when I searched their name online that were disconnected numbers. After I placed the order and was trying to research good contact information then I began to see how many other people had posted similar complaints. It was not until I saw the same stock photos on an Etsy site that I knew to file this report.

The owner of that site stated that I Love Jewelry had stolen her photos in 2015 and that even though she and others keep reporting I Love Jewelry that nothing seems to change, they keep ripping people off. I have received emails from I Love Jewelry stating that they saw that I left their site early (this was when I was looking for contact information) and offering me discounts to shop again. But nothing pertaining to my order so it must be an automated response. I hope that you will contact Facebook as I have regarding this website. Facebook is promoting them and people are getting ripped off!
