I attended IADT 2006 to 2008. I wanted to go to school for video game coding. They lied to me to get me to enroll by saying they were exactly like FullSail, but cheaper. At the end of my end semester I disenrolled after finding out they only had 3d design and no coding like they said. After that they still charged the government and my private loan company Sallie Mae (now Navient) for another semester. Not only did they lie, but their credits or degrees are worthless. I'm filing this many years later because after I stopped going I had kids and life happened. Now years later I tried enrolling in several schools and none of them will accept the credits. I called a few former students (3 or 4 so far) and all said their degrees/credits were worthless. I went online and did research. The school is still in orlando. It has changed names 3 times in the past few years, but is still owned by the same company. The same school was sued in Canada and another state by former students under similar grounds and they won their case. Myself and the individuals whom attended I know would like to put together a class action lawsuit or a case against the school. In this country most of us only have one opportunity to make something of our lives because the government grants us one opportunity for a student loan. These illegitimate colleges are taking advantage of this and stealing many people's only chance at a better life. As an American that believes in an equal opportunity for all, this is unacceptable. I do not understand how we have people have let these white collar thieves steal our and our children's future without doing anything about it. Now is the time to speak up and do something about this. If you were a student of this school please help us and speak out. These schools who steal people's future are crimals of the worst degree and need to be held accountable.
