This company is completely absurd. Our toll free numbers have gone offline twice since being a customer with IBNtel in the last 3 months. Their support staff is terrible -- everyone I've spoken with is rude and completely unhelpful.

This company has support representatives that will lie to you just to get off the phone. They treat themselves like they are the customers and you are peasants that work for them.

Stay FAR away. The cheaper rates are not worth it. Unfortunately there's not much information on this small company so we had to learn from experience. Don't say I didn't warn you...
