IBNTEL is so bad I had to come here to warn people about them. I called them November 3rd, 2011 to signup with their services. "Gabriel" is the person I spoke to and the only one who ever answered the phone for all my dealings with them so I think IBNTEL is a one man show.

I told Gabriel I needed the service within 6 weeks because I had a Christmas phone call center scheduled for late December that would receive many calls. He said no problem and I faxed him the stuff they required and he said he would contact me.

I never heard from him so two weeks later I called him and he said that my order looks fine and that it takes 2 to 6 weeks and that I should call back in two more weeks. I called back in two weeks (total of 1 month since first contact) and he said he didn't know why my order wasn't processed. Gabriel said he would put a "rush" into my order.

One week later I call Gabriel and he said he has been in contact with the service but didn't know why my order was processed. He said he would investigate and call back. He never called back.

At the 6 week point with my Christmas call center deadline arrived I called in a panic and again Gabriel answered and I pushed him hard for details. He finally admitted that he had never heard anything the "service" since the first day I submitted my order.

I realized then that he had lied to me for 6 six weeks about working with the "service" to sign me up. He said he would look into it and would call me back in 1 hour. He confirmed my cell phone number and promised to call back in 1 hour. Of course he had lied again and never called me.

My deadline came and went and I ended up having to use my existing more-expensive toll-free service for the Christmas phone call center which cost me hundreds of extra dollars. There were many other toll-free services I would have signed up with but IBNTEL lied repeatedly to get me to go with them and by the time I figured out how incompetent this one-man show is, it was too late for me to signup else where.

Today 8 weeks later, I tried to call IBNTEL to officially cancel my order and their phone doesn't answer and their web site is dead. Not really I surprise.

IBNTEL is a scam, they lie repeatedly which ended up costing me hundreds of dollars, and I believe it is a one-man show by a guy named Gabriel. Do not do business with this company.
