IBNtel Fraudulent billing Oakton Virginia

This business is engaged in fraudulent billing. For the month of August 2016 the bill included $38 that had no explanation. The prior month bill was paid in full and the balance was zero. Due to that, on October 3rd, 2016, we requested to have the account closed, after we payed the balance that was due (including the fraudulent charges). Two months later, since we did not get the last statement or any written notice that the account was closed, we called on December 27th, 2016 to find out that the account was not actually closed and it was still adding charges. John the customer service manager, was very rude, disrespectful and with a very threatening attitude, repeating that he is a second away from sending the account to a collection agency. He refused to transfer the call to his supervisor, saying that he is the only supervisor on site. He refused to give us any explanations about the additional charges or $38 for the month of August 2016, and was yelling at us all the time. In the end he offered to close the account and cancel the charges accumulated since we called on October 3rd to have the account closed. We agreed, hoping not to ever hear from such a dishonest human being, second to none ever experienced. What a nightmare. We are searching for additional ways to report this fraudulent business to other organizations. This business should not be allowed to continue without being investigated by proper authorities.
