I to fell pray to these people. I had talked to them several times in July and the beginning of August. The only good thing is there was no important info on their questionaire. Like ssn# so they can't use that. I like David from Moberly, MO trusted these people. All we wanted was a little help to start our business. Maybe the money was a cheap price to pay, but not if you dont have it.

Hopefully this is helpful. You are also from the state of Missouri. While talking with different people I was able to find that you should also contact the Better Business Bureau, (bbb.org) and also your states Attorney General. In our case Jay Nixon, (ago.mo.gov). File with both of them, in case these people are caught it is possible for a class action lawsuit. Hopefully we can at least get our money back.

Also since this seems to be a federal crime because of the use of the mail system there is a investigation from the U.S. Attorneys Office. You need to contact Bob Sauter at the U.S. Attorneys Office. Phone number (503) 727-1075. Talk to him and he will send you a questionnaire which will aid them in the investigation.

The more we all work together, hopefully we will get our money back.
