Ic Financials told me to send $479.00 and they would assist me on a grant that i was promised ripoff Reno Nevada

i received a call from a rep from ic financials about a business grant. she told me what i qualifed for and i would receive an email to print it off sign it and send a $479.00 money order to ic financials express mail and when i got the conformation number call her and she would send my information to the paralegels and they would call me in 4 weeks to finish out the grant. i havent heard a word. she wouldnt return my phone calls. then all calls was blocked when i tried to call. its been 5 weeks now and im broke
