I ordered flowers for my wife several years ago via telephone through Pro Flowers who offered free shipping.  I now realize I have been paying $11.97 every month for the past 2 - 3 years!!!!  I just contacted the phone number shown on my Amex bill.  The man who answered the phone informed me that I had had thirty days from the original offer to cancel service.  I do not think I was informed of these terms when Pro Flowers offered the "deal".  That one free shipping has now cost me at least $288.
