IC freeshipping.com Shark Ripoff Internet

Online, i ordered about 10.00 of hair care products a couple of months ago [ free shiping included] and i paid for it with my Visa card. On my September 19th visa card statement i was charged 11.97 by LC Freeshipping.com. I called the company and was told that i signed up for thier free shipping service  when i orded the hair products and i would continue to be charged a 11.97  every month. This was a complete surprise to me and i canceled this outragious service. This ripoff charge was more than i paid for the hair products. I'm an experenced online shopper, and i'm always carefully check for backdoor scams and opt out on any marketing stuff.  Somehow, i missed this one and got stiffed for 11.97.
