We were hired by ICS World in January, 2010 to complete a surveillance in Texas.  ICS World sub-contracts to private investigators all over the U.S.  They promised to pay us in thirty (30) days.  They owe us $530.40.  I have spent numerous hours sending numerous emails and numerous letters to this company and they always tell me our check is in the mail.  DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.  THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL.  If you are a private investigative firm, DO NOT work for these people.  If you are a person who needs to hire a private investigator, DO NOT CALL ICS WORLD.
