I have thoroughly reviewed Ms. Michel’s case. When Ms. Michel’s hired ICS, one of the requests was for background checks and an investigation attempting to find associations between designated individuals. This was assignment was completed. Ms. Michel was provided with all the information acquired.  Ms. Michel also requested surveillance at a particular address to document the activities. This assignment too was accomplished. Ms. Michel was, apparently, not satisfied with the quality of the video acquired during surveillance. Ms. Michel was made aware that surveillance work cannot be guaranteed since you never know what the subject will do or what situation the investigators may find themselves in. Ms. Michel was provided with both written and verbal reports of the investigation along with the available video.

Ms. Michel has requested a refund of the unused portion of the monies paid. I have reviewed the invoices and included copies with this response. There are no unused funds.

Ms. Michel may not be satisfied with the results of her investigation; however, ICS did do the work requested in a timely and professional manner and provide Ms. Michel with the results of that investigation.
