I ordered the dermawand face product in May and charged to my credit card. When I received it it said if you have rosacea you should not use. They did not advertise this fact on the info commercial.
I called Kelly who took my order originally and he said return it for my money back (which was guaranted on advertisement and I have copy here). He also said don't expect a refund on credit card for three months because of processing reasons.
I never received credit. When I called credit card company they said they can't do anything after two months. Obviously Kelly knew this. I sent a letter certified mail. Someone signed for it and I recieved card back in mail. One month later I received certified letter back and no one had opened it with a note that no such person at this address.
Obviously I have been scammed for $99.00. It is very disheartening that there are people in the world who do this kind of thing.

I assume I am the Kelly you are refering to in your claim. Firstly I do not take orders for our products as they come in through an inbound telephone service. I am in customer service. At the time of this claim I dealt with any returns myself so as to assure that they are dealt with properly and I would certainly never tell anyone they had to wait for 3 months for a cc credit. I cannot comment on the letter as it was never recieved . We will still be happy to do a credit if you can show us that this is a legitimate claim.
