Hi everyone, I'm english is not very good but I think I should came here and advise everyone!!!what they think they are to play w us like that?Calling us, leaving voice mails, being so nice so you can sign the contract then poor you if you dicided to change your decison.


The same thing is happening to me and my partner, they called us, we went there and sign the contract, then 3 days after (NOV) we dicided to cancel, we went there they said they have to book appoiment, ok we did, they we went back there on the day to cancel, they decided to make us a especial offer the only 3 yeras special price, we accept then they said WE WILL SEND YOUR CHECK BACK in our house, you should have by FRIDAY (NOV) until TODAY JAN 16 e did not received anything we called them ,after severals calls they said  yes, we will send today, did not happen, then on JAN 02 we called again then they said that the person who sign the ck would be back but jan 10 so JAN 11 they would send the check....Today is JAN 16 and nothing!!!And we made sure they had the right address we even made them ck on our file, Unbeliveble, I never saw one company do that with a client here in Canada.,today I called and spoke w Groval e he said that the check will be alreday for us to pick up on monday....after so many fake promess i dont know if the ck will be there, they should not do that with people's money...not fair at all, I dont know what else to do to have them to give us our money back!!!We did not do anything wrong....they just dont care!

I WENT TO THE BANK THIS MORNING, THEY HAVE ACC IN THE SAME BANK AS I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR 7 YEARS....THE MANAGER CONFIRM THE CHECK IS NO GOOD!!!!!!!!

I TOLD THEM ALL ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND THEY WILL KEEP EYES ON THEM, THAT THE ONLY THINK THEY CAN DO , BUT US PEOPLE WHO GOT RIP OFF JUST LIKE THAT CAN CALL THE POLICE, THEY HAVE A DEPARTAMENT FOR THAT ( I DID NOT KNOW THAT) AND CAN ALSO OPEN A FILE AT THE SMALL COURT.

yes, after 2 months lying for us, telling us we sent the check, we going to send today, the person is not here, sameone will return your call( that never happen)Yes the finally did, I did not deposit the ck yet...let's see it.

Woo....if you are intersting in be part of the member ou if IDC is IMP to tell you that the most disc that they have is FROM USA /not FROM CANADA and you also have to pay the shippment....so on the end is the same price as any CANADIAN store.

I wish I could go back and never answered the phone call!!!

This client was sent the Members Kit and the cheque requested as well for $700.00. They were sent by overnight UPS delivery (tracking number......3392 2925) on January 21, 2010. We thank them for their patience and hope they enjoy their many discounts available through the thosands of merchants through the IDC program.

Please request for a certified check or cash when IDC mississauga refund your membership fees because there is a great chance the cheque will bounce..
