IDC ServCo Fraudulent, Ripoff Culver City California

I received a call from a guy last month saying that the toner for our copier was late for delivery. I asked him if his company, IDC ServCo, is who we order from. He told me that we order our toners from him, and he asked if it was fine if this was a few days late. I told him it was ok.

A couple days later, I received another call from a woman at the same company. She let me know that she would put a "RUSH" sticker on the delivery. When the toner was delivered, I realized that we have never ordered toners, or anything, from this company. The bill that came with the delivery was for $774.78, for a single toner cartridge.

Disgusted at the situation, I called IDC ServCo to complain. Our representative, Stephanie, was not cooperating. She told me that they only do billing, and our sales company is Material Distribution Center. Her only offer was that she would reduce the price on the cartridge and we could keep it. I told her that we did not order the cartridge, we do not want the cartridge, and we will not pay anything for the cartridge.

She still would not cooperate, so I asked her if I could call Material Distribution Center and talk to the guy who first contacted me. Stephanie told me that his name is Jason, and gave me his number. I have tried this number numerous times, only to get continuous ringing.

Next, I told another person from our company to call Stephanie. She would not budge with him either, and told him that he does not have to be angry with her and talk to her "in that tone of voice", when in truth he has every right to be angry with her. She called back a couple days ago, and we told her that we are not paying anything, and that the cartridge will sit until they pick it up.

Today UPS came by to pick up the cartridge. Whether they will tell us they will drop the charges or not, everyone should be aware of this company and realize that IDC ServCo is a scam company and will try to rip you off.
