Idea Village Prayer Cross, Huge Scam!!! Prayer Cross Deceptive Marketing! Internet

I ordered the Prayer cross, Buy one get one free (yeah right) I decided to pay for the Cross up front $40.00 plus an Extra $10.00 for a replacement warranty . I never got an order confirmation via email So I called customer service & the man told me it will take afew hours to get one (never got one) I was feeling uneasy about this so I told the man to cancle my order and he told me he is not showing nothing on his screen that I placed an order and to call back Saturday okay did just that.

I called back on Saturday and They are closed Saturdays, Now I'm pissed So I went to ideavillage.com to check to see if my order was processed and it was now showing as downloaded into system . But it was the way my invoice was written up that is deceptive it showed $80.00 for two crosses then for shipping it showed $40.00 so what they did was charge me for two crosses plus $40.00 for shipping . Now two small pieces of Jewlery is not going to cost $40.00 dollars to ship that is bogus. What they are doing is using deceptive marketing which is illegal . Oh almost forgot when it was all said and done my $40.00 order plus $10.00 waranty ended up being $129.90 .
