This company sells a Christian Cross necklace and lies about the shipments.

How could they do such as thing when selling something as religious as a cross.

Three different times they informed us that the cross was being shipped. It will arrive in two weeks, next told us it was returned by UPS and they shipped it out again, third time told me it will arrive tomorrow. Never arrived. Called again to only have them tell me there is no record of the order. Of course, by this time two+ months have passed which means I have to research bank statements to see if my 88 year old father was charged. If the necklace was back ordered/out of stock, then why couldn't they just be honest about it. We probably would have been patient instead of worrying about the shipment being lost or stolen.
