Idearc Media Super Pages Just wants your money, and does NOT care about customer complaints or problems Internet

Idearc Media Superpages is a complete scam in my opinion. I was renewing my Verizon yellow pages advertising and the sales rep brought up Superpages.com. I was told how "great" it was and that it was a free service. The only thing I paid for was the phone calls I recieved from the site. That couldnt be further from the truth! I haven't recieved ANY calls from the site and have been billed anywhere from 30 dollars to 105 dollars. I called and asked that it be canceled. That can not be done because I supposedly agreed for a years service. It would seem to me that the professional thing to do with an upset customer is to try to accomidate them and reslove any differances and have a happy ending. Unfortunately Idearc Media does not subscribe to that line of thinking. They would rather take my money knowing that I feel as though im being taken to the cleaners! AND continue doing so for the balance of the year. My advice to anyone that is contacted by this outfit is to walk away completely. I have many many many customers, and if i treated them in the manner Idearc media does...i wouldn't have any left!
Never again will I commit to anything that is solicited over the phone! I would have never suspected this from a company affiliated with Verizon!
